How to use .gpkg in ArcMap?

I am trying to perform a spatial join with a .gpkg on ArcMap, but cannot because of a shape integrity problem.  How can I load a .gpkg file into ArcMap to be able to use it?

But most probably you did do this already?

It looks like you have to solve the shape integrity problem first to be able to perform the spatial join.

Can you tell us a little bit more about this shape integrity problem?
