Currently have a single DEM.tif file within my Map.

In the Analysis -> Tools, I can only find Simplify Line, Simplify 3D Line, Simplify Polygon, Simplify Building, Simplify Shared Edges, and Simplify By Straight Lines and Circular Arcs when searching with "Simplify".

Currently each 1by1 (in degree) square of DEM (12 meter) is creating a .sd file of 200+ MB with Copy all data and Map Image option (it doesn't display with Reference registered data option instead).

Any tip is welcome!

After reading these, try doubling or quadrupling your cell size, warnings are within the documentation.
