Hello Everyone !

I'm quite new in the use of ARCGIS.

For a project I need a basemap, like the dark gray one, but without any information, like roads, country borders etc.

Is there an existing basemap for that, and if not, how can I delete these information from an existing basemap ?

thank you very much in Advance !!!

Quentin

You can create a custom basemap in a couple of ways. This tutorial explains how and where to get the data you might need. https://geospatialtraining.com/tutorial-creating-new-basemaps-with-arcgis-pro/

Here is an example. You can apply your preferred colors and set the outline color of the countries to No Color to remove boundaries.

Using the ArcGIS Vector Tile Style Editor, you can create your own custom basemap without the country boundaries or other layers and then save that basemap to your Portal.  There's a tutorial here - https://developers.arcgis.com/documentation/mapping-apis-and-services/tools/vector-tile-style-editor... - that you can learn how to do this.
