I am having trouble setting up a 3D Scene in ArcGIS Pro.  I' am trying to recreate the perspective of a photo that was taken within the 3D scene.  I know the real world X, Y, and Z coordinates where the photo was taken from, along with the direction the camera was facing.  Now I want to place to viewpoint of the ArcGIS Pro scene to be the same, within 10ft or so.  Manually dragging my mouse to rotate the camera around in 3D just isn't working. Anyone know a place where I can type in an X, Y, Z, and camera angle?

Thank you,

Could it be a video game world?  For those that are going to search... save yourself some time

Navigation—ArcGIS Pro | ArcGIS for Desktop

Keyboard shortcuts for navigation—ArcGIS Pro | ArcGIS for Desktop

can't find anything... can't believe it isn't there

you should be able to use the Locate tool and type in the coordinates you want to go to.

then, you can use the WASD keys to _rotate_ the camera without moving it.
