How to create .tpk file for world Imagery map layer

Hello,

We are trying to create a .tpk file with "World Imagery" as a base map, getting error as  

Layer type is not supported: Map/World Imagery
Failed to execute (CreateMapTilePackage)

Same worked for us in past with an old version of ArcGIS Desktop Pro.

Please find attached screenshot for more details

Its worked properly with "Topographic base map".

Let me know if there are any solutions to create .tpk for Imagery base map.
