How to Create Relationship Raster Legend

Hi!
I am working on a demographics map in ArcGIS Pro 2.8 and I am trying to create a relationship between population density and job density as a raster and have the legend look like the snippet below. I have the separate rasters (population density and job density), but need help to create the cube legend. Is there a tool that helps me create this? Thanks in advance!
