How to copy attachments from one layer to another?

Hello,

I have a point layer that contains photo attachments. These points fall within polygon features and I would like to copy the attachments from the points to the polygons. Is this possible and if so, how would I go about this process? 

Any help is appreciated.

The tools listed here are the geoprocessing tools that allow for attachment transfer.

Join (spatial or attribute) doesn't appear to be among them
