How To Convert TPK(tile package) file into shape file format ...???

i have a TPK file and i need to convert as a shape file...anybody can help me out in this?

There is no conversion mechanism

You can extract a package  then you have to convert the contents contained in the package using the usual means.

if possible could you please explain  in detail.......? i have extracted layers by using extract package tool..now i can not create shape file manually ..so i need shape file format with respective feature....how can i get...if i use raster to vector conversion ..can i get  proper shape file?

conversion tools contain the options for converting files.  A simple raster can be converted to a shapefile but you will not have much luck with complex ones or files like DEMs
