How do you create a scatter plot matrix in ArcGIS Pro?

I am following along to the lesson "Downscale Climate Data with Machine Learning" but it is asking me to create a scatter plot matrix. The steps that are provided do not show how to do this and I have not been able to figure it out. It only shows scatter plot, not scatter plot matrix. Could someone please explain how to make one?

Scatter plot matrix was added in ArcGIS Pro 2.3. https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/get-started/whats-new-in-arcgis-pro-2-3.htm#GUID-6851E584-25DF-4DB...
