Hispanic population data

I am unable to access data on Hispanic population, their household income and  (county-wise and year-wise). Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello thank you so much for your response. And kindly excuse my tardiness. I am back to my GIS endeavor ! I am using ArcGIS Pro . 

At this moment I am struggling to put my crash data on the road network. The spatial join is not working. any suggestions on the merge rules ? I am trying to find out the injury crashes on road network. The injury crash is a categorical variable of 0 and 1.
