Highlighting records with common value for one field and 2+ values for second field

Hi everyone!

I am using ArcPro 2.9.5. 

My goal is to highlight each address (XY_Code) with multiple coordinate points (SceneXY_Code) plotted for that single address (XY_Code).

For example, in the screenshot below, I would need to write an expression that grabs address "87" because it has 2 or more points associated with it (SceneXY_Code).

Is there an Arcade expression that would allow me to highlight rows that have the same XY_code, plus 2 or more (different) SceneXY_Codes?
