Hide Null Value in Popup

I'm new to ArcGIS Pro so this may be beginner stuff, but my one field "Active Members" not all features will have data and some will be Null. How do I hide the "Active Members" if Null. Thanks in advance!

@MattSavard This can be easily done using Definition Query. 

Filter features with definition queries
