Having trouble getting the DTM raster data set to show

Hi,

I'm currently working on a project and I'm having trouble getting the DTM raster data set to show properly in ArcGIS Pro. I've managed to add the DTM to my map, but it's not showing up as it should. On top of that, the base map seems to have disappeared. I've been following the recommended steps for importing raster data sets but I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. My ultimate goal is to extract contours from this DEM.

I've attached a screenshot of my ArcGIS Pro workspace to provide more context, as well as the DTM raster data file I'm working with. I'm hoping someone can help me figure out what I need to do to fix this issue.

right-click, zoom to layer... does it show up?

Alternately, open a new map, without any basemap etc... just add that layer, does it show up?

Could be one or more of you inputs is missing a defined coordinate system, or a properly defined coordinate system
