Hi
I recently subscribe for 60 days free trial and downloaded .exe for it. i also installed it but when it is crashing when i tried to launch it with a msg box describe that software has serious issue and need to close it, you will loose all current unsaved work and click here to submit this problem to esri tech team to fixed it (Which i done for at least 5-6 times without any response). To set it right i uninstalled and reinstalled it couple of times but that msg keep popping up. So i deleted .exe file and tried to download it again but to my surprise i couldn't find the option of download it.
so what should i do? can somebody guide me? Thanks
While using trial license, you get the option to download the software once. If you don't have the backup of the installation media, you might need to create a new account to do the download.
Before you go ahead with the download and installation, make sure your system has recommended configuration including the latest update of the graphics adapter.

To add onto what Jayanta mentioned, you may want to download the latest video card driver for your PC as well. Go to Device Manager->Display Adapters, find the video card manufacturer/model, go to the manufacturers website, search for and install the latest driver from them. Windows Update will not download the latest driver. I find this helps reduce the number of crashes experienced by Pro users.
