We've just posted a new Quick Start Guide that provides step-by-step instructions on how to download, install and license ArcGIS Pro.
It covers the default and most-used way of authorizing Pro which is the Named User method through ArcGIS Online, and also walks the user through converting Named User licenses to Single Use or Concurrent Use.
