Georeferencing scale tool: Can you set a value?

Does anyone know if/how to set a value to scale an image during georeferencing instead of dragging the corners?

It looks like when you have the Scale tool enabled from the Prepare group, hit the A key to get a rescale dialog where you can enter values:

No worries.  I noticed that that particular shortcut isn't in the documentation and have contacted that team to see if we can improve that: Georeferencing tools—ArcGIS Pro | ArcGIS Desktop
