Hi!

I am trying to understand how to georeference old paper maps from the printed bra grid. When in georefering mode I would like to see the grid I set, so I could use it as a reference. I can only see it in layout mode. I don't have the coordinates, only the grid. Anyone?

Hi!

Figured this one out myself.   I was searching for a way to set the grid in the edit view. But, strangely enough, it seems you can only show grid in the Layout view? When I finally  figured that was a wrong approach, it was easier to solve it.

- Add raster

- Choose map coordinate system with the "Set SRS".

- Uncheck "Auto Apply".

- Add controll point in a graticule interserction on the raster.

- Right click and add the coordinates manualy.

- Voila!
