Geoprocessing tools browsing wrong project

Hello,

This issue has been happening for a while now. Whenever I am using a geoprocessing tool and I have to browse to find something it is constantly accessing the wrong project. This is happening with all of my projects. And each one is trying to browse one particular project whenever I have to search or save using geoprocessing.

I have looked to see if I have some kind of default set but that is not the case. It is getting very annoying having to constantly back out of the wrong project and open up the correct one.

Potential bug or is there some default I'm missing?

There are some defaults that may affect where and what is used.  Check your settings here.

I have a default folder for all projects, and I create a new gdb and folder for each project.

I checked that and nothing leads to the project it keeps browsing to.
