Is it possible to import geomedia layouts to arcgis. I see that this question was asked a while back. Please advise if this is possible.

Not to my knowledge. The Data Interoperability Extension does allow for Integraph GeoMedia Access Warehouse and Integraph GeoMedia SQL Server Warehouse but I don't see anything specific for layouts.
