When using the GeoEnrichment tool in Pro, it keeps failing because "Unable to access GeoEnrichment server." Why does this keep happening?

You need to have credits available to you to use.
Can you add the base maps in Pro with no issues?
HI…Yes, I am logged in. And have more than enough credits to use (burned thru more than 100 this morning trying to use the tool, but not connecting)…and yes. I can add the base maps also.

I am not sure the reason, I would make sure that you are at the latest release, 1.4.1.
Did this work in the past?
You may need to open a support case to further investigate.
Thanks. Good point about new release. We haven’t updated yet. We have only just started using the GeoEnrichment…only went to Pro because Online was giving me issues. I went back to using Online…still getting the error messages, but am at least getting the results an data I need.
