Generic Memory Error Message

When trying to use the import 3D file I keep getting this genreric message. Any ideas how to fix it.

Not a 3D expert. Can you provide some more information?

What version of ArcGIS Pro?

What is the file type that you are importing?

What tool is being used for the importing?

How large is the file?

What do the machine resources look like when importing? RAM total / utilization? CPU?

Those are some questions which may lead to better responses.
