FMV Metadata saved cannot be multiplexed with video - why?

ArcGIS Pro 3.2 trial

Using the FMV player I saved the metadata from a public FMV file CheyenneVAhospital.mp4.

I also extracted the .h264 video track with ffmpeg and tried to multiplex them with video multiplexer.

Issues:

1. the CSV file Precision time stamp is never considered other than General format, so Precision time stamps overlap. I tried putting them in quotation marks "" when saving as CSV - no success. So is there a way to use an Excel (xlsx) file instead of a CSV in the Video Multiplexer?

2. Getting warnings that the following fields are not recognized as MISB:

 - all corners latitude and longitude full

- generic Flag

Please can you explain why this happens - because the metadata player extracts those fields - is the Video Multiplexer so old, before those fields were introduced.

Please help me respond these, I have to report and make a recommendation about ArcGIS Pro to my organization, without clarifications I am not sure I can do that.

Thank you
