Fishnets are stacked

I'm trying to create a grid over a county, the first attempt worked, but had too many rows and columns. This one only has the rows and columns changed, but all the polygons are stacked together, same thing happens to polyline. No idea what I'm doing wrong. As far as the tool is concerned its finished without errors. ArcPro 3.2.2
