find polygons within a polygon

I have one feature class with several thousand polygons. Some polygons are occurring by themselves, while others are occurring within other polygons (as in the manual selection in the image below).

What tool in ArcGIS Pro will allow me to select only the polygons which are included in other polygons or viceversa?

Hi.  The "Completely within" relationship within "Select by Location" will work.
