Fill polygon with one row of elements

Hello.
I have polygons (rectangles) of different sizes. And what I want is to create one row of elements in the middle of that polygon. It should represents cycle crossing. I tried to work with setting step in X-Axis and Y-Axis, but doesnt work as it should. The polygons are in the different angles also.
My goal was like to somehow calculate center of the polygon by the Arcade and then set indent as the same value so the row will be in the center and then set high number of step in X-Axis to hide other rows.
