Hi,
I am exporting a map from the desktop version of ArcGIS Pro. I have a text box with a composite callout box and leader line. the leader line is formatted as an arrow. Everything about the map displays correctly when I am in the program however when I export the map as a PDF, the tips of the arrows disappear. I have never had an error like this, it seems to affect every arrow type available, as I've tried switching from Arrow Line 3 (what I designed the map with) to other arrow line options and the issue persists when I export the map. The photos included show the map prior to export (arrows present) and the map after export (leader line visible, but no arrows). Any insights would be appreciated.
Does this happen only with this specific aprx or with all other aprx’s?
If the arrow tips disappear when exporting from ArcGIS Pro to PDF, try changing the arrow style or converting the arrows into shapes (polygons) in the Symbology pane, as this can make them more stable during export. Also, check the export settings by enabling Embed Fonts and increasing the DPI for better clarity. Updating ArcGIS Pro to the latest version and trying a different PDF viewer like Adobe Acrobat may also help.
