I'm trying to Add a Hosted Feature Service to a Map ,this Feature Service is hosted in my organization, owned and published by me, when trying to add it to the Arcgis pro 3.1.2 using the portal connection from the catalog , or from the add data tab >add data from path ,an error appears showed that Failed to Add Data
What happens if you try to add it as a direct URL from your rest end point (using Add Data from Path)?

Wow, something is going on there. Can you open the service in a regular web map and does it behave as expected in the web map?
Sorry didn't understand it well, do you mean access the service through web? its work perfectly when i open the service using the map viewer and all the layers are there
Are your layers public? If so, can you share the rest end point urls here for testing?

I cannot access the layer. It looks like the hosting server is down or not responding. I tried accessing it through a web browser directly, through Pro, and through AGOL. All failed. The web browser had this:
Update: few times this message appeared when trying to add the feature from the catalog. However, everything seems good about the features that shared previously
