When exporting a Hosted Feature Layer from ArcGIS Pro into a Shapefile using Data -> Export Features it seems like they delete some of the columns that we have data stored in them. Most of the values are Null so could that be it?

Interesting.  So ArcGIS Online is successful yet using Export Features GP tool fails.  Can you use the Feature Class to Shapefile GP tool instead to see if that's successful?

One workflow to consider is in ArcGIS Online, go to the Item Details page for the Hosted Feature Layer and click the Export Data button dropdown on the top right of the page.  Choose Export to Shapefile.  What is the result?  Does the shapefile now have all the columns?  Please advise.

Yes when exporting file from AGOL still retains all the fields and data out of it.

That works. Not sure why right clicking export feature would be different. But glad it's a solution
