Scenario: Open Arc Pro, interact with models or geoprocessing tools & receive an annoying, but not detrimental pop-up "ExcelToSQLite64" is not working. The program still operates; however, interactions with Excel tables generates a "Microsoft Driver Not Installed" error.

You search your installed programs & find all .Net Drivers & Microsoft Access Database Engine 2016 in their proper places. Possible quick fix:

  1. Close ArcPro
  2. Go to the search bar at the bottom of your screen
  3. Type "Control Panel"
  4. Find "Programs & Features"
  5. Let the list load & find your "Microsoft Access Database Engine 2016"
  6. Right Click > Repair
  7. Wait patiently for it to finish
  8. Open Arc & I truly hope this fixes those problems for you.

You may find that you have to do this every time that Microsoft Suite updates, which you can find on their webpage of dates of updates/availability (Builds & Versions Page). I have a sneaking suspicion that this is where the problem is generated. I don't know how long this will work, but it worked today so maybe it will work tomorrow.

Note: This fix came from the Esri Help Support, who were truly fantastic to work with. I just wanted to help you not prepare a ticket if the steps were so simple. I also want to apologize to anyone who may have posted this exact solution, it was lost 20 comments down in a thread somewhere & I didn't see it.
