ESRI Basemap incorrect

I noticed a discrepancy between an administrative boundary in NSW, Australia and what is shown on the ESRI Base maps. ESRI shows Bungonia National Park in on private land that is not mapped as National Park on the NPWS Estate dataset, nor in any government mapping portals. National Parks layer in green on image below. How can I get this resolved? BungoniaNP.PNG

The data is likely partially been taken from Open Streetmap (but boundaries or label placement may have been confused):

OSM seems to be correct. You may want to check it and correct any errors you may find in OSM, it will be updated to the Esri Basemap in time. Ideally you know a name for the mentioned private land to assign to the area.
