I have someone in my organization who is trying to copy the attribute data from a selected group of parcels and paste them in to excel spreadsheet. The selected data is accurate, and they click "copy selected data" then when they paste it into excel, the information is completely wrong. Addresses that get pasted are not even part of they selected data. I do the exact same thing on my computer, and it works fine. We are copying from the same Enterprise Geodatabase and using the same versions of software.

Pasting into Excel can be a minefield in terms of how it tries to be helpful and deal with delimiters, set fractions as dates.. etc.

If it's a business process, then I'd recommend using https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/conversion/table-to-excel.htm , maybe not as fast, but it works.
