I am trying to convert a csv file into a point layer (I have done this many times with no issues). Input table is the csv file, output is saved to the folder I want it in, X field as longitude and the Y field as latitude. I keep getting the same error, even if I change the csv to a table I have run successfully in the past. Is this something on ESRI's end? I'm still new to learning everything there is to GIS and my python language is in the beginner stages. If you can read the attached error message and tell me what I need to fix, I would appreciate it!

According to the script you have some rows in the table whose coordinates are null, or incomplete or more probably out of bounds for the coordinate system that they were created in.  So the coordinates must be defined in the coordinate system that you want
