Hi Judith what version of pro are you using?

I am currently on 2.7 which seems to be the problem. ESRI analyst tried my data with 2.8 installed and it worked ok.

Hi Andrew,

Bullseye! I reinstalled the deep learning plugin and it fixed the issue.

Thanks,

Judith
