ERROR 010005: Unable to allocate memory.

I have core i9 14900k with 64 GB DDR5 RAM no other application is running, when I run extract multi values to points or extract values to points it says "ERROR 010005: Unable to allocate memory." I have only 2000 points, tried restarting the PC, creating a new project rerun the complete process, but the result was the same

please guide

@AyazTariq, what is the version of ArcGIS Pro you are using?

There was a bug logged for version 2.9:

BUG-000145529: The Extract Values to Points tool fails and returns the following error message, "Error 010005: Unable to allocate memory when points fall outside of the raster."
