I am researching future needs for my organization and I have a question about licensing levels and their respective editing functionality.  I understand that I can edit "multi-user enterprise databases" with Standard/Advanced but can I edit a stand-alone file geodatabase using ArcGIS Pro Basic as I can with Desktop Basic?

Thanks,
Hank

True. And thanks for bringing more clarity.

The reason I said "Yes", is because Hank mentioned "... as I can with Desktop Basic?". One can't create/work with Topology, Relationship class, Network Dataset, etc. in ArcMap Basic either.

Only if fgdB schema is without relationships (non-relational schema model).
