When publishing a hosted feature layer from ArcGIS Pro, if the display field uses a different field to the title of the pop-up then the pop-up title is not honoured. For example, if the display field automatically defaults to the field {name} and you configure the layer popup to use the field {title} then the resulting hosted feature layer will have a popup of {name}. Is this by design? Should all published layers have their properties > display configured to be similar to the popup config?
