Definition Query after UN Migration

We are in the process of migrating our data from GN to the UN.  We've used the Utility Migration Wizard in ArcGIS Pro v3.5 to migrate our data.  After migrating, I'm going through and republishing web services.  However I've ran across a problem when doing so.  In our WaterUN.Device feature class, we have an asset group called Water Control Valve with an asset type of "BLowOff".  When I add that feature class to arcgis pro, then try to definition query to only show blowoffs, I'm not getting blowoff as a choice.  I'm getting what I would call, a grouping that consists of several feature types.  In the image below, you can see 1 though 11 are all "groupings" when they should be an individual asset type.  All the other features migrated to our WaterUN.Device layer without issue.  This was the only feature class that gave us a problem after migration.  Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong or how I can fix this?

Hi Chris, I believe the drop down is listed as per the Domain values listed for the Column. Right click the feature class - > Data design - > Fields.  Please check the Domain for the Asset Type Column.

Then go to catalog pane, right click on the SDE and select Domains. Then Filter the domain name and verify the Values. If you believe 3 domains values are grouped then you can create new domain values.

I followed what you said to do and none of my feature classes have a domain for the asset type.  They all are working fine without any issue (except for the Contol Valves).  When I migrated the data using the migration wizard, I used the Subtype for the Asset Type.

No problem.  This first image is the popup of when I select a blowoff.

This image shows when I'm editing, I have the option to choose whichever asset type I want.
