I am running the Connect Control Structure Junctions (archydropro) tool and keep getting the same error messages:

First, Error 999999 telling me "Something unexpected caused the tool to fail..." and that I should contact technical support (I do not have access to technical support?)

Second, Error 000732 telling me "Input Features: Dataset inFlag1_prj_layer_2423760_7153 does not exist or is not supported." I know the numbers after "layer" are referring to the HydroID and Object ID of my HydroJunctions, respectively, but I don't know what the rest of that string means.

My inputs are HydroEdges representing the pipes that cross catchment boundaries; HydroJunctions located at each end of each HE "pipe" representing inlets, discharge points, and control structures; my catchments; and the sink adjusted flow direction raster. My Messages pane looks like the image attached.

Am I doing something wrong? Is there a better way to accomplish the same task? I've deleted any GIS temp files that might be cluttering up the drive (just in case) but that didn't help. I made sure the INCLUDECONNECT_DESC fields for both my HydroEdges and HydroJunctions are populated appropriately (true/false) so that none should be null (another error message I had previously). I'm not sure what else I can do.
