Data Loading Tools in Pro

All:

I have read that Data Loading Tools is a free toolbox in Pro, but I am unable to locate this toolbox.  Can anyone show me where to find this toolbox, unless of course if it part of a Pro package that itself has an additional cost?

So I went to the Package Manager after cloning and activating the new python environment.

When I perform a search with dltsolutions as per the instructions provided it is blank.  Any idea why it would not work as per the instructions?

I went to the Frequently Asked Questions of why the dltsolutions would not work after cloning the environment and Refresh fixed the issue. (An auto-refresh after cloning the python environment would be super helpful here)

Another note is that I was not using the latest version of Pro 3.1 (3.0.3 actually) and the default python version failed so I went to the next lower version and it worked.

conda install with the specific version you need works or download and install from the actual distribution site
