Hi all,

I am trying to create an elevation profile chart using the Profile Tool for a path feature layer. But I am getting a disconnected chart (see image below), and I don't have any idea why that is.

FYI, the input layer is one feature, and it is connected without gaps. The spatial reference is WGS 1984 Web Mercator (auxiliary sphere).

If anyone knows a solution to this problem, I would appreciate it.

What does the path look like?

Can you use anything other than a web mercator prior to doing the profile?

The path looks like this (see below), and I did use other spatial references like WGS 1984. However, the results are the same.

I suspect the path is not connected in some areas, and that's why the gaps appear. But when I edit the path, it looks connected and has no problems.
