Creating a "snapshot" of a map

Hello, so I am having some trouble with ArcGIS I know it is a User error but I need some help. I have uploaded some data into ArcGIS pro that has a lot more information about specific towns and I am only interested in one town is there away I can make a map that has all of the information still and I can still take off some layers and put them back on but it is only that specific town? Or do I need to go through and get rid of all the data that isn't to that specific town?

If you have a field in your data that distinguishes the features by "town" then this would accomplish your goal by applying a definition query to your data so only the town in question remains visible for your map.

If you only want to show one of the towns you will need to make a definition query on that layer as in the screen shot below. Right click on your layer in the table of contents then pick definition query and build a query that is for the town name:
