Good afternoon all,

I have what seems to be a fairly straight-forward task and epitomizes GIS but I cannot find the right tool. I have a list of locations across a state and I need to create 5 roughly equal regions in the state. Here's the kicker, I only have access to an ArcGIS Basic license so I know that severely limits my capabilities. I do however have credits through ArcGIS Online and could use Network Analysis but I don't think the tool I'm looking for is in there. Any help pointing me in the right direction is appreciated.

Thanks,

Miguel Fernandez

This has the ability (limited) to be run on a basic license in Pro - Build Balanced Zones—ArcGIS Pro | ArcGIS Desktop

You could also look at this tool within ArcGIS Online - Configure clustering—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS

You can review this on the potential credit cost: Understand credits—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS

Thanks George Thompson. The Build Balanced Zones sounds like what I'm looking for.
