Create Multiple Geodatabases using Modelbuilder

I was wondering if anyone have any suggestions/tips on how to create multiple geodatabases using modelbuilder? I would like to use modelbuilder to create all the geodatabases found below.

You can also do this using Iterate Field Values tool, if you need to create them based of attribute values in a table.
