Create Label Class Question

When you work on labels for a polygon that has a lot of labels. There are some areas that have clutter that makes a hard to read the labels because  of the overlaps or inable to read the map.

Example :

Is there a way for me to put "Lock" for each label class rather than to have Lock for the whole label class ?
