Create COGO Lines using Excel sheet with straight and curve segments.

Hi All,

I want to create lines using COGO. Where I want to create data using excel sheet. I am doing this work in model builder but unable to create arc segments using excel sheet. Please find some of the example 

I am done the straight-line creation part but stucking in the Curve part.
