Hi, I'm using ArcGisProv3.0.1. I use the Copy Raster tool and Cloud-optimized GeoTiffs format to convert an image to tif file. But the results are .xml and no extension file, the file size is much smaller than the image input. Please check it and tell me how can I do it.

I'm experiencing this issue too. I added Copy Raster to a model and instead of creating TIFFs, they created XMLs. When I run the tool outside of the model, it creates the TIFFs. I have 5 folders containing at least 3 rasters each that I want to use this on, so I was really hoping to automate it.
