Hello, I'm trying to build a constraint attribute rule through the Add Attribute Rule geoprocess. Specifically, I'd like to stop users inserting a new row, or updating an existing row in the specific field, if that value is already present in another row in the field? I'm just wondering, if it is possible, whether someone may know of the Arcade expression necessary to use in the Add Attribute Rule processing tool. Thanks kindly.
