Concentric Ring Symbology

How can I create a concentric ring symbology in ArcGIS?

Go into the symbology pane and create a ring symbol.

Switch to the Structure tab and duplicate the symbol layer.

Switch back and change the attributes of the duplicated layer.

Repeat as needed.
