Colour ramp selection bug when another layer has the same colour ramp in ArcGIS Pro 3.1.4

I'd just like to check if anyone else in the community has seen this behavior when trying to select a colour ramp for a raster layer that has also been applied to another layer in the TOC.

Say I have a layer that has the Bathymetry Scale applied and I want to apply the same colour ramp to another layer, nothing happens when you try to select it from the displayed list. You have to choose a random other colour ramp, then select the desired bathymetry one afterwards.
