Hi everyone,
I'm working on a project where I need to cluster settlements based on their population range and proximity. Specifically, I'm looking to group nearby villages so that the total population of each group falls between 4,000 and 5,000 people, and the villages within each group are close to each other.
Has anyone tackled a similar challenge or can suggest the best approach and tools within the ESRI ecosystem to achieve this? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
